Written By [Admin](https://seeo.ai/news/author/admin) Apr 13, 2022 One of the largest challenges faced by leaders within any organisation, is knowing that people follow desired & agreed processes / procedures. Leaders exist in the 'work as imagined' world. Those doing the task, regardless of what it is, whether it is answering the phone, driving the forklifts, or delivering packages, these people live in the 'work as done' world. Ensuring people are safe, so they go home to their loved ones every night,  is the one area within a business that 'work as imagined' and 'work as done' need to be one and the same. The consequences of them not being does not need any further explanation. That said, it is surprising just how many organisations have a disconnect between intention (work as imagined) and practice (work as done). How do we know this? Well, we have developed an AI-driven platform called seeo (means To Know in Latin) that analyses CCTV footage for compliance with agreed processes. We can honestly say, that some of the results we see from Customer organisations really scare us.  Without seeo, they are truly flying blind on the H&S front. The only way they 'know' is to complete an audit, rely on reports of near misses or scour CCTV footage on the off chance they spot a near miss. But seeo presents an easier, cost effective means of seeing the gap between intention & practice. Leveraging existing CCTV infrastructure, and analysing the data already being recorded, seeo can provide powerful insights that can lead to significant shifts in H&S practice. I could go on for hours about how cool seeo & powerful our Customers find it. So why not find out for yourself - are you flying blind on our H&S practice?
